Date confirmation please

Evening all,

I wondered if someone could confirm my time line or correct it for me if needed please, I am UK ctizen, hubby is US citizen.

He entered the UK on a fiance visa on 19/6/2017, applied for FLR and this was granted in Jan 2018. His BRP expires on 27/7/2020

So as I understand it, theoretically he could apply for his next FLR between 19/12/2019 (30 months after entry)  and 29/6/2020 (28 days before expiry)?

Or have I got myself confused already? I feel another few stressful months coming as we prepare *sighs*

As he entered on a fiancé visa his 30 months does not start until the date his FLR(M) started so the earliest he can apply is 28 days before his current FLR(M) expires, which will be 29th June 2020.

The 30 months after entry only applies to those who entered on a 33-month spousal visa. For fiancé visas, none of the time on the fiancé visa can count towards the 30 months for FLR or 60 months for ILR.
