Your next visa will be FLR(M)... which stands for Further Leave to Remain (Marriage).

You can access it from this page (under "In The UK" where it tells you to apply online):
https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse

Or the direct link to the form is here:

Do I really need to take a UK learning test?

What's a UK learning test? I haven't heard of it.

You don't need to take any tests for FLR(M).

However, before you apply for ILR in 2.5 years, you will need to have taken and passed the 'Life in the UK' test. This can be taken at any time before you apply for ILR, but it is not needed for FLR(M).

I have one further question if you don't mind. when I  follow the first link will it direct me to the same form (flr(m)as the second link?
Thanks

Yes. The first link takes you to the page where you can read all about how to qualify for a spousal visa or FLR(M) visa, and halfway down the page it has a link to the application form (under the 'In The UK' section - the link that says 'You must apply online').

However, it can be easy to miss it, so I pasted the direct link to it as well in case you couldn't find it.
