Hi all - I am just wondering if anyone else who's check was marked to be mailed on 24th April on the IRS website has not received it yet? I live in central London and I am still waiting - I know the post has been somewhat spotty right now, but I am starting to get a bit concerned.

Good to hear - there is still hope then. We have only been getting post once a week right now if we're lucky!

When I go on the my payment site, it says my check was scheduled to be mailed out on the 1st of May. It usually takes about a week for me to get mail from the US. A bit worried about not having received it yet as well. Also, does everyone get a message saying what date it's scheduled to be mailed out or does it say what date it was mailed out and any other additional information. Thanks.

Mine is marked May 1 as well, no cheque yet.

Oh wow. I hope I get mine soon then. I filed 2019 taxes about a month ago. IRS site is still not showing anything for me.
Just received mine! A bit surprised actually.

Just thought I'd add to the data: Check mailed by IRS on 8 May 2020 and received in Yorkshire 15 May 2020.

Previously, I never used mobile banking for the US account that I maintain. I was worried I would not be able to download the app to my UK phone, but it worked perfectly and I was able to deposit the check immediately. Phew! What a relief...  :)

Is it just me, or does anyone else find the US banking apps REALLY insecure?  I was using the automated menu system on the phone and it actually asked me to enter my PIN from the ATM!  I couldn't believe it, I used to work for VISA and the PIN never went anywhere except encrypted on the chip on your card.  I can't imagine having it flying around telephone systems as well.
Also, I was having trouble getting everything to work because of the UK thing and called them.  They manually over rode all the security without hardly checking that I was actually me.

I just received my paper check! The address is a bit garbled. Maybe that's why it didn't work when I entered it on the site. It says "UNITED KINGDOM ENGLAN" on the bottom lol
They forgot the d on the end of England for me as well 😅

Yeah, my address is a little garbled too.

I have LN for London (presumably?) and England is missing the "d" as well.

I wonder if the missing D is a character limit issue.  Maybe they just ran out of room in that text field.

Mine was scheduled to have gone out on the 1st of May and I have yet to receive it and am starting to think it may have gotten lost in the mail somehow. Only once have I gotten mail from the US this late and that was because my address was listed incorrectly and ended up getting sent to the wrong address, which I only knew because someone wrote on the envelope that it had been delivered to the wrong address.
I have been getting mail and in the past 3 weeks have sent out cards for birthdays and mother's day which have all taken about a week to get delivered to the US. And there isn't anything I can do about not haven't gotten a check. Hope you got your check by now.

My notification letter arrived yesterday which was also dated 24th April, but frustratingly the actual check has not arrived yet. We've only been getting post every 2 or 3 weeks right now so I do think there is quite a large backlog in the postal system and things may not arrive sequentially so I probably wouldn't give up hope just yet. That said it was infuriating to get the letter and not the actual money!

Got post this morning and still no check or letter. I have been regularly getting mail, including mail from the US so at this point I think it's either been sent to the wrong address and got lost in the mail. The fact that I haven't gotten the letter as well yet may indicate that it's been sent to the wrong address, but when I use the "Get my Payment" site, it comes up with my address. I can't think of another time it has taken more than 25 days to get a piece of mail. At this point think something has gone wrong, but still can't do anything about it.
