W-9 Form
« on: April 20, 2020, 12:52:50 PM »
Just got a letter and form in the mail from my bank (bank of Scotland) asking me to fill in the above form.

The form has asked me to give an address and US bank details. I don’t have either because I completely moved over to the UK in 2017.

Has anyone ran into this before? Want to ask here before I call the bank.

Thanks in advance everyone :)

When we filled in form W9 we also had already moved over and had no US address. That was a few years ago and I can't remember what I put.  I would guess I put "No US address" or similar.
