And I hearby appoint Ashley to appoint a deadline.   [smiley=devilish.gif]
Simply because she didn't think to appoint me first.

Bad Wench. Baaaaaaad Wench. What deadline shall I appoint? And do I have a deadline for appointing the deadline? Oh, and is there a deadline for the deadline of appointing the deadline?
And what about the deadline for the deadline of the deadline for appointing the deadline?

And so on and so forth.  [smiley=freak.gif]

I will be getting, and starting to read my copy, next week.

Is that OK?

I shall be hunting down a copy this weekend at barnes and noble...  So, as long as I find it...count me in.

Alrighty folks.

Deadline for finishing the book:

Since we decided the book on the 19th, that's when we'll have our book chat, July 19th. That's a Saturday. As far as times go, I'd like your opinion, would you prefer morning, noon, or night? I'd prefer noon only because I sleep in and some of my favorite TV programmes are on at night.  ;D

But don't let that influence you in any way....   [smiley=deal2.gif]

Ok I'm happy with that, but I haven't found a copy yet!  I shall be going into waterstones again today to see if I can find a copy of it, if not I shall go elsewhere and try to find it.

Got my copy.

As far as chat times go, remember that some of us are 5 hours (or more) behind...so a noon UK chat is 7 am on the East coast.  Likewise, a 7 pm chat on the East coast is midnight for those in the UK.  So I would imagine the best time would be late afternoon/early evening GMT.

Nefandous, I found my copy at Borders in London.  Was gonna try Blackwells, but we wandered past Borders at 11:30pm on Friday on the way to our hotel, so just swung in and bought it.  LOL to the looooong HP line.

I went to three places in the city centre looking for the book with no luck. Seems it's in reprint at the moment and the earliest people can get it is three weeks.

I saw Amazon.com has used copies for $2.

Excellent captain!!  If I have no luck with the waterstones in Ilford I shall try borders, either the Lakeside or one in London. ;) It'll be a good excuse to do other things at the same time.

Thank You Ashley, you made up my mind for me since it is so difficult to get to the proper stores from where I live and work...  I decided that the shipping cost would probably be worth the search in stores, if it is hard to find...   ;D just ordered through Amazon, should have within this week.

Yeah, I emailed hubby to tell him I couldn't find it so we're going to order it tonight.

Yay.. I'll even get it delivered to work so I'll feel special.  ;D

Just came back from a fruitless trip to the bank and to the supposed vastly packed bookshops! So I will have to either go with the amazon idea or look for it next time I'm in London.
