Was it Wendy's that did a pop up restaraunt?

Do you guys remember a few years back when some American fast food did a pop up resteraunt in central London?  Was it Wendy's?  I know I posted about it but can't be arsed to look it up. 

Could this be the reason why?

Yes, it was Wendy's.

Just skimmed the article.  Wendy's used to be in the UK. It didn't work out.

Chick fil a did an annual pop up for a couple of years.  Then they opened in Reading in October but were given their 6 months notice within a few days, so will be closed now.

The one in Aviemore closed too. I'll never understand why they chose that location. It is in the middle of the fripping Cairngorms.  At least put it in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

I lived in Stirling... It is a busy town but it is an incredibly small town centre. Outside of the top of the town, there isn't much of a draw to the city centre. Who knows why they choose these places. Lol
