Aloha from Hawaiʻi
« on: May 28, 2020, 04:00:59 AM »
Aloha!

As my username suggests, I am a British citizen (but also a US citizen, born in the US) living in Hawaiʻi and moving back to the UK this autumn, hoping that the world is several degrees back towards normality by then.

I signed up here for 'advice' in the non-legal sense in working out the visa for my partner, who is truly a Yankee in the US sense, to move to the UK with me in a few months time. She'll be the UK Yankee among us.

I shall go and scramble my brain putting together all the questions I have there elsewhere on this forum.

For now, hello!

We have another member from Hawaii in the process of moving as well (no visa needed in her case).  Welcome!
