Driving on a US licence
« on: May 31, 2020, 08:44:30 PM »
I have a US licence but I only passed my test in an automatic. Am I allowed to drive a manual car in the UK for up to a year before I have to take a driving test? Or am I only allowed to drive automatic?

Your US license likely doesn’t distinguish if you can only drive an automatic.  If it doesn’t specify, you can drive any vehicle for your first 12 months.
