Points based UK system for 2021

I had someone give me a panic attack tonight, as they seem to think my fiance will have to have a relevant skill in order to live with me in Northern Ireland in 2021. Is this factually accurate? Will he need a degree or something to immigrate under a Fiance and then a Spousal visa?   ???
He's an American citizen, and I'm a British citizen.

No, that’s completely incorrect.

The Points System is for employer-sponsored work visas and for student visas.

Nothing to do with fiancé or spousal visas.
