settlement form VAF2...looking for a little info

well, I'm wanting to wait about a month (for $$$ reasons) before applying for my son's.  He already has his passport (which helps alot).  But, by applying for him separately, which form will I need to use?

When you fill out the initial questions the site generates which form you need (when you state it is for a minor dependent.) I had to fill out separate applications for each of us.
