ILR - 10 year route - documents question
« on: June 16, 2020, 08:09:06 PM »
Hi everyone. I had a question in regards to a 10 year route ILR settlement application.

So I am eligible to apply for ILR mid August. I tried checking the list of documents that are required specifically in my case, and have hard time finding a comprehensive list. No info about a 10 year route on here either.

I was wondering if anyone has knowledge regarding this.

A little background story:

I studied in college and Uni from Sept 2010 until 2017 - so have all certificates confirming that I have actually graduated from those institutions. However, no letters or anything saved. I also have visa stamps in my old passport confirming I had valid visas for the above period of time. Then I had a 2.5 year spouse visa (I have old BRP photocopy covering 2017-2020 + proof of address/letters) and applied for a second FLR-M visa to cover the period from April 2020 until August 2020  (this is where I am eligible to apply for ILR). I have letters confirming I have been living in the UK since 2016-2020 to date.

If anyone has any idea of the list of documents required, please let me know. Really appreciate the help.
