Claiming child benefit

Hiya

Just wanted to check with you guys.... If we claim child benefits through me (UK citizen) this won't affect our ILR for my wife that we will be applying for in two years time ?

Correct.  The claim needs to be in the UK citizens name and all will be fine.

What a journey we have been through, and most of it has been shared with you guys on this forum....


Been filling out the paper work for the American citizenship for our daughter but its all on hold because of Corona ..... Can't register her birth in the UK yet
