Hi there. I am starting a 10 year residence application (ILR) and this question came up : Do you currently have an application with the Home Office for leave to remain for which you have not yet received a decision?
Do I say yes, if I have applied in April for my second FMR(M) extension and still haven't submitted biometrics etc as offices still closed.
OR do I leave it and say NO?
I understand that if I submit this application (ILR) then the other FMR(M) one would be withdrawn - which is what I want I guess.
Could someone clarify please, if anyone has any knowledge on this
