Bunlimited.  Bought at Morrison’s.  They are delicious.

Agreed!  I found them last year right after I started driving my own car to places to do grocery shopping.  My initial review of them on this forum was more reserved than yours, but you are right.  I'd only eaten one hot dog when I posted about them.  By the time I finished the package, I was sold on them.

I read your thread.  I didn’t buy the Mexican ones, I bought the regular.  They are large, sticks out of both ends of the bun.

They tasted good, but more importantly they “bit” right.  They do cost more, but I’d rather splurge occasionally than eat hot dogs that make me sad.

This is a good philosophy for most things in life. :)

i've been eating the mini bockwursts from Lidl lately, and think they're very good, but would like to try the Bunlimited now, for comparison.

The all beef ones are the only ones I will buy because they are low enough in carbs to fit my macros.

Well, I can put in a bit here.  There is a food truck based in Milton Keynes called "Sizzlers"  I think they are in Newport Pagnell every Friday (Well when allowed) and they are hands down the actually best hot dog I've ever had including the steamie weenies from the ball parks!
But its great to know to get some from the Grocery stores,  ASDA used to do a  good one - but I haven't seen them in there for a while.  :)

If you can find them (Ocado is currently stocking them), try Chicago's best jumbo beef Frankfurter. I'm from New Jersey, and these are REALLY good.

I feel like it's worth mentioning Ocado really screwed all of their disabled customers who weren't on the shield list during the lockdown. Their customer service didn't care what disability you had that made you vulnerable but not "shielding" even if you'd been a long time customer without a delivery pass, while their profit margins went through the roof. So they will never get another pound from me. I'll keep an eye out for those hot dogs though from other retailers, I've been getting some artisan ones from Campbell's online and they're quite tasty.

And no Ocado in Scotland.  I really need a pure beef hot dog with no sugar and fillers. That is nearly impossible to find.

I'm quite happy with the Welsh Mangalitza pure sausages I order from the farm though and M&S has a pure sausage,  just pork and spices.

We are also on their vulnerable list and were long standing customers but could not order for several months. I feel your pain and was pretty annoyed with them too.

However, they sell a few things I can't get in most other places, so I'm a bit stuck without a car. Our neighbour (also from the States) would beg me to bring her a supply when I used to work across from a kosher store in Golders Green that carried them. She says she also found those hot dogs at Costco.

If you are near a kosher store, try there (just not on Saturday!).  I believe it's an all beef, kosher product (like Hebrew National). They even snap/pop when you bite into them. They remind me of the hot dogs we used to get at the Jersey Shore at a place called The Windmill...ah....
