For emails to show proof of communication I am doing one every two months as well. I'm doing screenshots and I'm making them small but I'm only at 2017 and I've already done four pages. Should I just do one every four months?

My fiance received his employer letter today and it says I can confirm that the paystubs provided by the employee are authentic. Do we need them to list out each payslip we are providing by date and confirm the pay date etc.?

Lastly, we do not have boarding passes from our trips together. I was going to include flight confirmations/ any hotels is this ok? Thanks.

How many are you getting on one page? You should be able to fit about 20 messages (about 3 years' worth) on each page.

Yes, you do, because they need to confirm the following for each payslip:
- payslip date
- pay period
- gross pay
- net pay deposited into bank account
- date of bank account deposit
Plus an explanation for any payslips that have a different deposit amount or deposit date than the payslip date (i.e. if the payslip is dated 31st July, but the money went into the account on 28th July, the reason for this must be explained in the letter).

You don't need any hotel confirmations at all. For the flights, boarding passes are best because they prove you actually boarded the plane, but if you don't have the boarding passes, then the e-tickets/confirmations are fine to use instead.

I'm getting 7 per page and they are so small you almost can't read them. I'm taking screenshots of the top of the email including the subject line and just the recipients.

Yes, you do, because they need to confirm the following for each payslip:
- payslip date
- pay period
- gross pay
- net pay deposited into bank account

The Employer letter is being signed by HR is this ok or does someone higher up need to sign it?

Please find our sponsor letter below. Please let me know any feedback you may have. Thanks.

To the Entry Clearance Officer,

I am writing to confirm my support of Laura's application to enter the UK on a fiancee visa. I am a UK citizen and have lived in the UK since birth.

I am currently employed as a Lecturer in Project Management with Innovation Studies, earning £39,152 per annum with the University of Sussex and have been working there since 16 July 2019. Therefore I meet Category A of the financial requirement and enclose supporting documents to show this.

Once Laura has her visa, we will live at my parents' house , which is a 4-bedroom bungalow. I am including my parents' Land Registry document, along with a letter from them giving Laura permission to live there and showing the property will not be overcrowded.

I met Laura while she was on a Tier 4 student visa in the UK on 10 September 2012; we started a relationship on 16 September 2012. We  have visited each other a total of twenty five times over the last eight years. A detailed list can be found in the file containing our trips. My first visit to see her after her study abroad programme ended was 5 January to 10 January 2013. I continued to visit her every few months and we last met from 4 January to 12 January 2020. Laura visited me in Burgess Hill from 27 August to 18 September 2013, 17 September to 22 September 2014, and 12 January to 20 January 2018. She joined our family vacation in Orlando from 27 December 2013 to 3 January 2014. We also met in Atlanta from 12 October to 16 October 2019. While we are apart, we stay in regular contact via Google Hangouts, Google Duo, emails and cards/letters. We have used various video call services and we only have logs of the calls from 2018 onward. We got engaged on the 13th of October 2019 in Atlanta and we intend to marry at Brighton Town Hall, with a currently planned wedding date for Spring 2021. We wish to settle in the UK because I have a steady job.

I am including the following documents in support of Laura's application to show we meet the financial, accommodation and relationship requirements:

Photocopy of my passport
Proof of financial support ( 7 Months of payslips, 7 months of mailed Bank statements showing money entering account from work pay, Letter from employer of sponsor and Employment Offer Letter )
Proof of relationship documents ( 2 photos, proof of communication and proof of visits.)
Proof of intent to marry (wedding ring receipt, engagement ring receipt, wedding dress receipt and Emails sent to council inquiring about Spring 2021 dates and space.)
Proof of adequate housing (written letter from parents and title deed of house)

Please find our sponsor letter below. Please let me know any feedback you may have. Thanks.

The sponsor doesn't really need to include the list of documents that they are sending anymore - we used to recommend it, but we tend not to bother these days, since there is a now checklist to show what is being included.

You also can probably take the trip dates out of the relationship section as you will be including your detailed list of visits separately.

For example:

To the Entry Clearance Officer,

I am writing to confirm my support of Laura's application to enter the UK on a fiancee visa. I am a UK citizen and have lived in the UK since birth.

I am currently employed as a Lecturer in Project Management with Innovation Studies, earning £39,152 per annum with the University of Sussex and have been working there since 16 July 2019. Therefore I meet Category A of the financial requirement and enclose supporting documents to show this.

Once Laura has her visa, we will live at my parents' house at 6 Alexandra Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 0EW, which is a 4-bedroom bungalow. I am including my parents' Land Registry document, along with a letter from them giving Laura permission to live there and showing the property will not be overcrowded.

I met Laura while she was on a Tier 4 student visa in the UK on 10 September 2012; we started a relationship on 16 September 2012. We visited each other a total of 25 times over the last 8 years, for between [X days and Y weeks] at a time. I am including a detailed list of our trips along with our relationship documents. While we are apart, we stay in regular contact via Google Hangouts, Google Duo, emails and cards/letters. We have used various video call services and we only have logs of the calls from 2018 onward. We got engaged on the 13th of October 2019 in Atlanta and we intend to marry in Spring 2021 at Brighton Town Hall. We wish to settle in the UK because I have a steady job (any more you can add to this? It feels like an unfinished sentence)

Your's Faithfully,
Name

For the employment letter my fiance received it via email with a digital signature due to the pandemic I'm not sure we can get it mailed to him. Is this an issue? Does the signature have to be wet? Thanks.

Hi, just following up on my question from the other day. Payroll has provided stamped and signed paystubs instead of ones being printed by the employee do they still need to be mentioned in the employment letter as listed below

If they are official paper payslips issued by the company, they do not need to be stamped, signed or mentioned in the letter.

If they are online payslips that have been printed out from the internet, they should NOT be stamped or signed, but they MUST be accompanied by a letter confirming the authenticity of each one.

Therefore, whether they are stamped and/or signed is irrelevant, because it's the letter that is required and important.

The official guidance for the payslips states (note that there is no mention of getting payslips stamped or signed):

Quote
(bb) Payslips must be:
(i) formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name;
or
(ii) accompanied by a letter from the employer, on the employer’s headed paper and signed by a senior official, confirming the payslips are authentic;

I just got my driving record for my old license and my speeding ticket is not on it but a car accident I was in is on it. Do I need to mention the car accident? There were no charges etc.

I am still going to mention my speeding ticket on my application and just include the letter from my lawyer that was sent after my case had been concluded.

Also, I had a VA driving license and I had no accidents etc do I need to include that? I don't think so but want to check. Thanks.

I'm sorry this isn't helpful in answering your question, @lcminchew , but I now have a question. Do you have to disclose speeding tickets in your fiancé visa application? If so, why? I've filled out other visa applications before and I've never had to include any information on speeding tickets.
Date of fiancée visa application (priority): October 24, 2020
Date of biometrics: December 28, 2020 (2 month wait for Boston ASC due to COVID)
Date documents sent to NY Hub: December 28, 2020
Application forwarded to UKVI: December 29, 2020
Application received by UK Decision Making Centre: January 21, 2021
Approved: January 28, 2021

Date of FLR(M) application (super priority): July 7, 2021
Date of biometrics: July 30, 2021
Approved: July 30, 2021

The application forms have changed quite a bit in the last couple of years - in fact, the entire application system was overhauled in 2018 (I think - I’ve been losing track of when all the changes have happened recently) and the online application was redesigned and moved to a new website.

I think now the new online application does ask for speeding tickets, though you’ll have to check the exact questions it asks when you fill it out.

We’ve always recommended disclosing all speeding tickets and including the paperwork and your driving record anyway, just to show you are being honest and transparent in your application.

Hi again Ksand24, yeah I'm disclosing my speeding ticket even though it's not on my official driving record. I only have a letter from my lawyer after my case was done explaining the outcome but I'm including that.

A car accident from 2013 is on there but I do not have any official paperwork for that do I need to disclose it?

This driving record is from my old license I don't need to include the driving record for any other licenses correct?

Unless you were arrested or fined for something related to the car accident, then no.

I would assume not, but I don’t know for sure.
