My understanding (and experience) is they do not send an email confirmation. I received confirmation of my submission via Twitter DM (https://twitter.com/ukvcas) but you may need to call.

Yeah I didn’t receive a confirmation email mail either (which I found a bit worrying)

No no notification just when you login to the app you’ll see on the bottom. So that’s what I went off of x

Thanks guys for info on escalation. I am going to sit tight today with everything crossed 🤞 then will probably pursue next week if still nothing.
To the other question - No, there's no confirmation email after you submit on the app! Grrrr....

I'm starting to feel like the last kid waiting to get picked for the dodge ball team...but as an ILR applicant, I am not entitled to escalate until six months have passed. That puts me at mid-December. Ugh.

Once you've submitted everything that button won't be clickable and it will remain like that.

That means the submissions has been sent.

That is amazing news  congratulations 🥳🎉

Hoping the best for everyone and things start to pick up some more and good news follows .. I’ve been stressing out so much my husband went and got me a kitten to keep my mind off of things ..

Hoping things go quickly so we all can find a piece of mind 💛

Thank you!

Hang in there @Soccer4ja9 for sure your approval is just around the corner. As per my experience, by the time I stopped worrying about it the good news came by surprise. Enjoy your time with your new pet. Good luck and keep praying.

I had the same situation like yours after submitting my IDV app bio re use, I haven't received any confirmation email upon submission. They send me a notification email few weeks later informing me that the application may take longer than their standard service time. That's when I finally resorted to booking an in person bio appointment.

I just hope everyone will get their results very soon and please stay safe always as our current situation is no joke. Take care

On other forums people have been getting decisions when using the IDV app. So atleast that is something, I have noticed that they are not working in date order as the timeline of those that have had decision made show.

Hang in there people! We're next!

Hang in there! Hoping you'll get your result really soon!  :)

Could you face getting started on your citizenship application prep. to take your mind off the wait?

Well now THAT's a proactive suggestion. Heck yeah! No wonder everyone loves (and thanks) you, Larrabee.

Seems like they are working through the July and August applications. I’m also going to stay off the forums a bit as it’s frustrating that they’re just ignoring the March applications as if we don’t exist.
