Shall I tell them they will need to wait for me to get it for them as Banks are closed. I cant provide anything till next week.

But why are they even asking for them again i already  sent them :(

I am fearing the worst
Likely an issue with quality or a problem with the upload. They should give you a period of time for supplying the documents in the email?

If they have given you a deadline, you have to stick to it. I’m not sure they will allow you any more time, since it should have just been as simple as attaching your scanned documents to an email and sending it back right away.

Can you get back into your UVKCAS account? Are the documents still saved in there?

I can't view them on uvkcas account :(
Don't have a scanner at home to scan eithr and with lockdown I can't even go out to scan.

No idea what to do than just to sob

There are many phone apps for scanning, and at least in my area libraries are still open for scheduled computer use. I would get confirmation from your bank they are able to mail them and share that confirmation with UKVI when you reply.

But the thing is i can get the same ones from my bank again online...
I am so so nervous

Are you 100% sure you permanently deleted the files? It is actually surprisingly hard to make files disappear forever.

Are they still in your recycle bin on your computer, in the Cloud, or in some backup of your computer that you could get them from?

If you don't have a scanner at home did you emial the scanned documents to yourself at any time in order to get them on the computer you were filing on? If you have them in an email you can re-download them onto the computer again and then send them back to UKVI that way.

I believe banks are open tomorrow if you have the bank print off your statements with a letter explaining you had to update them as the originals were lost and just have the bank stamp them with the date as they dont notarise anymore as I found out in May.

Just a couple thoughts that came to mind. Goodluck

I digged deep and found the deleted files in my recyle bin 😍😍😍

Feels so relieved, thanks for the suggestion i just had a mental block and forgot everything.

I have sent the originals and also sent them the inbox emails statements just to be on the safe side both show the same dates and transactions.

A question which still confused about them asking to show savings is under my control other than showing them 6 months prior to application not sure what more they want  ???

I'm glad you have found the deleted files. Please upload them to Google Drive or Dropbox and make sure you have 2FA on the account for protection as they're private documents.

A lesson to be learnt, do not delete anything to do with your application until you have had a decision made on it.

Glad you found them! For savings, is the account in your name? Or a shared account with someone other than your partner? It could just be the standard language they use when requesting them, but the account needs to be in your name or your partners, not joint with a 3rd party.

Its on my name.
I just recieved another email, they are trying to be very difficult. I submitted all info on savings up till August they said they need monthly statements..which I dont have..

"have requested full statements for Savings account for  *****. Therefore I need to see the balance for April 2020/ May 2020 and July 2020 for account ending"

I already sent a full statement till August 2020. I submitted application in May2020 so why are they asking this???

I get a yearly savings statement which I sent to them. I am so confused

If using savings they need to be able to see the monthly balance for each month of the 6 months leading up to your application date, not just the starting and ending balance. The requirements are very specific in that regard and the fact they are trying to work with you instead of giving an outright refusal is lucky. Your bank should be able to print monthly statements, I would contact them today!

That is what i did i send full statement from June 19 to June 20. Which confirms all the transaction & then also sent a full one till August 2020.

But they want July also? I did not put any savings in from September 2019 till August 2020...

But there is nothing on that savings as nothing was put in...

If you submitted in May but then sent August's statement, you've more than likely confused them and led them to think you applied in August which is why they are asking for July.
You could reply with the 6 months prior to the application and draw their attention to the application date or you could just send them what they are asking for as long as your balance hasn't fallen in that time but I would still confirm the application date in that case.

Thanks for replying. Not sure what they are doing.
Will go down to the bank & send them what they want and put in email that i applied in May but fully submitted in Sept due to covid
