IDV App Info - for Applications Reusing Biometrics

Hang in there folks.... 2 days shy of 13 weeks since biometrics and 4 days shy of 24 weeks since application submission I got the approval email a few minutes ago. No idea if its just coincidence but I emailed (replied to an email from FLRMvalidate@homeoffice.gov that I had received on August 14th containing a reference number) on the 4th asking if there was any way to find out an update and stated the length of time I had been waiting.

Finally heard from them last night -- they wanted a copy of my son's birth certificate. Easily rectified! I was happy to hear that there's forward momentum. We've been waiting a long time.

Did they email you? If so, what was the email address so I can add it to my safe senders list so I don't miss it if they ever do contact me.

You should hopefully get a quick reply now hat you have submitted the birth certificate.

Well some more good news. My son has been approved for the extension on the FLR(M). Hooray! But...
Weirdly, the decision for me was not in the email attachment.

Did they email you? If so, what was the email address so I can add it to my safe senders list so I don't miss it if they ever do contact me.

It was a pleasant surprise as I was beginning to think I wouldn't see it before January at this point. Thank you for your help, advice and patience about my application questions (many of which were probably stupid and paranoid!).
