Noice! That's useful.
I'll leave the rest of the content to the others.

Mine was way shorter than yours when I applied. Just job title, when I started, what my salaried salary was and that all payslips are genuine and issued electronically by email.

Best of luck with the rest of your app.

The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

Hello all! Back again with a document checklist. I’ve been getting them scanned in so I’m ready to submit and upload as soon as my date gets here.

Could someone please check the below document checklist?

Marriage Certificate
Tenancy Agreement (joint name)
Payslips Feb - August 2020
Bank Statements corresponding to each payslip
Employer letter
P60
Employment contract
Correspondence per above posts
Scan of sponsor’s passport
Scan of Applicant passport
Scan of applicant BRP
Scan of Applicant previous passport

Question on the passport scans- do they have to be every page? Or just photo pages plus any vignette visas I had?

Also, am I correct in recalling that since I have an original tenancy agreement in our joint names that I don’t need anything extra from my letting agents?

Bumping this with another question- any reason I ought to include a screenshot of my LIUK results page? My understanding was that with the unique reference number this isn’t necessary.

Thanks in advance!

I included my LitUK pass sheet in my scans. Just made sense to me.

Sorry to keep bumping but really hoping someone can check over my list above if you don’t mind!!

I also got some of my last questions answered by reading other posts so have now scanned in every page of my current passport, my previous passport, and my husbands passport.

Anyone see anything missing from my above list?

Yes, nothing more is needed from the letting agent, but you do need your latest council tax bill to show housing costs

Thank you are such a star!!!

Honestly don’t know what I would have done for the last 8 years without your help on this forum.

Forgot to add before that our September bank statements have now come in so those have been added in :)

Now hopefully this biometrics mess gets sorted out soon so decisions start flowing again!

I do have one question re: biometrics appointment.

My confirmation emails says I have to bring

“all your original supporting documents – you will need them to complete your appointment, even if you have already uploaded copies online”

Obviously I have a folder of all the paper docs I scanned, but some docs (payslips,p60, employer letter and contract) were electronic only. Do I need to print them out and bring them with me?

For anyone looking for an in person biometric experience- I just got back from my appointment at the Cardiff Bay core centre. I booked a normal £110 appointment and it was quick and easy. The guy checked to make sure all my required docs were properly uploaded and even rescanned one for me.

Now we wait!
