Stimulus payment..... do I qualify?

I've been trying with no success to find out if I qualify for and should have received a stimulus payment. My details:

US Citizen
Permanent UK resident for 47 years.
Tax returns filed every year, but have never reached threshold to pay US tax.

I've checked the website for my stimulus payment status but it does not tell me definitively whether I actually qualify or not. I've heard anecdotally that the IRS may simply not yet have processed my most recent return.

Anyone else in a similar situation, or with some knowledge on if I might qualify (or not)?

Yes, I THINK I do qualify, but I'm unable to confirm it. I seem to meet the necessary criteria. Unfotunately, I can't seem to find any way to raise a query with the IRS to find out why I haven't yet received a cheque.
