When it rains it pours and my phone has been ringing off the hook about jobs today. WONDERFUL problem to have - just makes me nervous about feeling a bit flu-like. I scheduled one interview for Friday.  I like to think 72 hours is a “good enough” buffer.

Few things brewing and several are VERY exciting!

Great news. I expect 72 hours will be long enough for the symptoms to dissipate

I really hope so!  I like to think 48 hours would be fine.  But I don’t want “brain fog”. Fingers crossed!

I feel fine!  Hopefully it lasts and I don’t “hit a wall” in a few hours.

I could go for a nap, but that’s just a regular Wednesday around here.  ;D

Just an FYI for anyone who is at risk from covid and gets the flu shot, but wasn't in group 6 - they've opened up a "moderate risk" category quietly. Get in touch with your GP if that's you. :)

Meh.

It was good. But they had taken SEVEN people through to this stage and will move FOUR to the final stage (I should be through). Just really pants odds. And a waste of everyone’s time having that many people go to “final choice”.  Two is normal. Maybe a third if you really can’t narrow to 2.

I have another second stage interview for a role on Monday that is very intriguing.  Both roles would be great choices. I just thought I was further along with this first one...

There’s just SO MANY candidates searching.  And really awesome quality as well.
