Overlap in working in US and UK
« on: October 05, 2020, 03:25:34 PM »
I will be potentially starting a new job in the UK whilst finishing a US contract this may go on for a few months.

Is there any law that restricts this outside the discretion of my employers - who are ok with it - and what are the tax implications?

The UK will have the primary right to charge tax on income related to work performed in the UK. Most employers operate PAYE.
