I know a lot of people have been waiting a long time to hear back so just wanted to add my timeline here maybe for some peace of mind.
I applied 20 September and just heard yesterday, 7 January, that I was granted my visa extension 🥳. Only a mere 4 months 😂.
Thanks so everyone who helped answer questions and just general advice. Reading through this forum has been invaluable yet again!
