There is only phone number in that link. I called them yesterday, they wouldn't tell me my application status.
I am thinking to send an email, but not sure which email.

Are you still inside the service standard of 6 months? If so your application may well not have been looked at yet.  But you could always try calling again and hope to get someone a little more sympathetic who can at least give you some idea.

It has been almost 6 months since my online application submission.

I read somewhere that quite a few people's biometric were not passed to UKVI via IDV app until they had made an enquire. So I am a bit panic now, worrying if they have received my Biometric. They couldn't check this for me by phone, so I am thinking sending an email.
