FLR(M) Decision...or not
« on: January 21, 2021, 05:45:19 PM »
Hi everyone,

I applied for FLR(M) back in October, had my biometrics in early November  and just got my decision email...except there's no attachment on it:

This message is to confirm that your application for further leave to remain has now been decided and the decision is attached to this email.
This email is intended for [NAME] and if received in error should be deleted immediately.

Please DO NOT respond to this e-mail as this inbox will not be monitored.
Any advice on what to do in this situation as there's no contact email (and they helpfully remind me they won't respond if I reply to the email they sent it from).

Arrghh!!  >:(

FLRMDecisions@homeoffice.gov.uk

Just wanted to check it was a legitimate email, which it is.

Not sure what you should do next though, as it's an outgoing email only, so as it says, replying to it won't help anything.

Maybe try calling the UKVI contact centre and see if they can help?

Just updating in case anyone has the same situation.

I emailed another Home Office email I found - FHR2@homeoffice.gov.uk - and they emailed back within 15 minutes with an apology and the decision (which was a yes  :) ).

We actually had the same, and it didn't specify. However, attached to the email was another letter explaining how the BRP would be delivered (if I remember), so it was implied the decision was a yes, but it didn't say explicitly. Then the BRP arrived and that's that :)
