Passenger Locator Form
« on: February 28, 2021, 04:30:36 AM »
Hi,

I filled out my passenger locator form for my flight tomorrow and used the booking number for the COVID tests I booked for Day 2 and 8. Should I use the Invoice number,  order number or customer number instead? The submission screen with the directions accidentally got closed. Thanks.

You've probably completed your flight by now, but I unexpectedly got the answer to your question today - it's the invoice number.

I ordered my tests on Friday and used the confirmation number to complete my PLF.  I had no problem at the airport when the agent looked at my PLF.  I had to show my receipt for the tests - I used the confirmation email they sent.

Then today (3 days later) I received an invoice in an email from the testing company with instructions that the invoice number should be on the PLF.   It was a bit late.  Hopefully the tests will arrive on time.

I hope all went/goes well with your flight.
