Almost time for ILR
« on: March 25, 2021, 06:21:23 PM »
We, USC husband and UK/USA dual (originally UK), arrived back in UK on August 17, 2016 on a Spouse Visa,  Applied for FLR M -  BRP issued 14 June 2019, Expires 23 December 2021.

I THINK we can apply for ILR from July 20, 2021?

Regarding  Proof of Cohabitation etc. - is it 1 joint or 2 individual items of proof every 5 months from our original spouse Visa or from the date of issue of the FLR (M) BRP  - i.e.14th June 2019   (along with latest Land Registry listing, most recent Council Tax Notification, and letter from me (homeowner and sponsor giving approval etc)?

I have been "lurking" etc on the website since 2016 but this is first time posting.  You all are fabulous for giving your time and advice.  THANK YOU in anticipation.

Yes, that’s correct.

It’s every 5 months covering the last 2.5 years (technically, it’s since your last visa was issued, but I think the online application asks for 2.5 years so we recommend covering the whole 2.5-year period).

So I would cover January 2019 to July 2021.

Welcome!  :)

You don't need to provide a letter of permission as the homeowner, you're sponsoring him so that much is assumed.
