Current Appointment Report for Directors

I’m due to renew my visa on the 5th of September and am trying to get everything in order. My partner and I are directors of our own companies and we have everything except for the current appointment report.

When I looked online, it seems this is something that you can only obtain via an old companies house site that our companies aren’t even registered under. We both ordered certified copies of our list of directors and secretaries (that’s all we both have…no other people). Do we just use that or print out PEOPLE from the companies house website or what? It’s literally just us that run and populate the companies.
