Viisas & Citizenship/Re Working on ILR Application

I am having a mental block, could someone please tell me whether or not I am correct in thinking that when it comes to supplying the sponsor's passport for hubby's ILR application it should be my British passport (I am the UKC by birth and USC by naturalization).  Thanks,
