ILR time - please check the checklist!
« on: September 20, 2021, 05:22:53 PM »
Hello everyone once again. It is time for my D-I-L to apply for her ILR and as usual I am looking for your expert guidance and knowledge with thanks in advance.
As you previously advised, they have saved all the “mountains” of paperwork they have received (which are posted originals).
So here goes:
Basic Information
•   Applicant entered UK from US on 15 October 2016 on spouse visa and her FLR issued 8 April 2019
•   From previous advice you stated the earliest she can apply for her FLR would be               17 September 2021.
Documents in place to scan
Passports
•   Sponsors current UK passport (every page)
•   Applicant’s current US passport (every page)
•   Applicant’s old US passport (every page)
•   Child # 1 UK passport (every page)
•   Child # 2 UK passport (every page)
•   Child # 3 UK passport (every page)

Certificates

•   UK marriage certificate
•   Child # 1 UK birth certificate
•   Child # 2 UK birth certificate
•   Child # 3 UK birth certificate
•   Life in UK Pass Certificate
•   Applicant’s current BRP card
Letters for children
•   Letter from school confirming attendance and address (child #1 & #2 only – child 3 only 9 months old
•   Records from GP confirming all 3 are registered and showing their address.

Employment and Income proof
•   Contract of Employment – showing salary (£50k+ pa) confirming position/permanent status/start date to current (over 5 years)
•   Sponsors last 7 on line pay advices (Feb 21- Aug 21) – countersigned and dated by Company Director.
•   Last 7 original monthly bank statements (Feb 21- Aug 21) confirming monthly salary into account
•   Letter from employer confirming position/permanent status/start date.
Accommodation
•   October 2018 to October 2019 tenancy agreement (ended on house purchase)
•   Mortgage completion letter (August 2019)
•   Latest mortgage annual statement (August 2020/2021)
•   Land registration document (dated 20/9/19) – house purchase date16/8/2019.
•   Latest Council tax notice (March 2021 – Joint names)
Cohabitation Financial Documents
All the items listed below are originals and posted to the home
•   June 2019 – (Sponsor -Sky monthly bill ~ Applicant Bank statement)
•   Nov 2019 – Council Tax letter (Joint)
•   March 2020 – Council Tax bill (Joint)
•   September 2020 – Gas /Electric bill (Joint)
•   March 2021 – Water bill – (Joint)
•   August 2021 – Annual Mortgage statement (Joint)

Question:
It is planned to submit this application Super Priority (due to family reasons in US), but as on a previous post these are in short supply.
If it is not submitted for any reason before September salary, is it just the pay advices and corresponding bank accounts that need adjusting?

Thanks again in advance and we do appreciate your help.

The most recent bank statement, pay slip and employer's letter all have to be dated within the 28 days before the date the online application is submitted.

That is such a relief :)

It is down in a huge way to the advice you and Ksand24 have given over the past 5 years.

Thank you

That's is next on the list yes.

Appointment booked for 8 October in Sheffield so fingers crossed.

Here is a note for those wishing to apply under Super Priority.

As per a previous post (here and on other forums) these are very few and far between.

It appears they come on at around 01:00 am and go quickly.

My son manged to get one at 01:30 am.
as he had looked the 2 previous days at around 06:00am and had all gone.
