ILR processing Times
« on: October 03, 2021, 10:11:37 AM »
Hello, just wanted to check and see if anyone has received ILR recently and ask how long it took for you to receive a decision. Submitted mine 3 weeks ago and praying I’ll get one in time to back to the states for Christmas. Unfortunately, timing with my visa wasn’t in my favor, but had a child during Covid and she hasn’t met that family yet.

Thanks!
Andrea

I submitted mine at the end of June and still waiting. I imagine it will be end of November at the soonest I will hear anything given others' recent timelines!

From the Immigration Boards site, it looks like people who applied for ILR using SET(M) in late April and May have received their visa approval emails this week, so that's about 5 to 6 months processing time.

Other types of ILR application (SET(F), SET(O)) seem to be taking less time (2-3 months), but SET(M) looks to be generally around 5 months or so at the moment.
