My long-distance girlfriend and I have recently started looking into bringing my butt over to the UK seeking to finally close the gap after 8-years of wonderful and amazing moments with my significant other. With this,
and being completely overwhelmed by all the routes and requirements regarding UK immigration, we stumbled upon UK Yankee and this forum!
We humbly ask for any assistance towards navigating this
confusing road of forms and evidence so that we can finally be physically together and avoid tourist visa duration limits, ESTA's, airports,
TSA *shudders*, uncomfortable plane seats for 9-10 hours, and sad goodbyes at the airport.
