Question About Mail Scans
« on: October 20, 2021, 07:37:45 PM »
Hello everyone, just a quick question:

When I scan the mail for the residency proof requirement for FLR, do I need to scan every page of the document, or just the page with the address on it?

It's no problem either way, but I can't find any language on this anywhere and just want to do it right.

Thanks for your time.

Yes, I would. Scan every page even if it looks ridiculous. Don’t give them any reason to question anything.

We scanned every page and it was no problem. We erred on the side of caution; doing say, 6 of 6 pages or 20 of 20 leaves no room for questions! :)
