ILR questions relating to children and divorces

Hi All,
We are just completing my wife's SET(M)/ILR application and the questions about children have changed since the FLR application two and a half years ago. (we both have adult, independent/self-supporting children, my wife's lives in the US, mine in the UK).
Back then the questions were:
Do you have any children of 18 years old or under? Answer: No
Does timds66 have any children that are not applying on this application? Answer: No (after checking on here for advice everyone said to ignore children over 18).

Now, for SET(M) the questions are slightly different:
Do you have any children whose parent is not your partner? Answer: It doesn't specify an age range this time, should Mrs timds66 put Yes this time?
Does your partner have any children living in the UK from a previous relationship? Answer: Same question as above really.

if you select Yes for the partner question you get the following follow-up question:
Provide details of where the children live, who they live with and their relationship with that person. Include the reason they do not live with your partner.
I've provided the following: One child, he is an adult, 25 years old, currently living in xxxx with his partner. He supports himself.

Should I actually put "No", to match the FLR application when there was an age stipulation? (not sure if they check back)
If I put "Yes" is the answer above sufficient? And should I put matching statements for both our sons (different locations obviously) as the question only pops up after ticking Yes to the partner question.

Divorce:
We've both been previously divorced, there is a question related to Mrs timds66 previous relationships, and the requirement for providing divorce documantation is added to the mandatory doc's list at the end, but there is no question about whether the partner (me) has any previous marriages, so no stipulation to provide my divorce doc's. Have I missed a question? I think I've scoured the application thoroughly, but I can't find it.
(those with long memories might remember why divorce doc's make us nervous!)

The list is not comprehensive. Include both divorce docs. IIRC, we did not include my husbands adult son's details in the ILR application but I have a feeling I might have explained somewhere that he was over 18.

You do not need to include any children over the age of 18, so tick NO to that question and move to the next section.

The reason they ask about children is that if the visa falls for refusal and they look at whether or not you would qualify to remain in the UK under Article 8 (on the 10-year-path to ILR), one of the ways to qualify is if you have UK citizen dependent children under the age of 18 who live in the UK and whose lives would be seriously negatively affected if you were to have to return to the US.

You need to include the divorce paperwork from both of your previous marriages, because UKVI need to confirm that neither of you were already married at the time of your wedding and therefore that your current marriage is legal.

Thanks larrabee and ksand24, we'll change the answers to the children questions. It makes perfect sense as it now matches the responses we gave at the FLR stage. It just threw us a bit as previously it actually stated "under 18", but this time there's no age stipulation.

For my divorce paperwork I guess I just add that in next to our marriage certificate, that seems the best place to include it. I still keep going back to the application to see if I've missed a question, but I can't see anything about the partners previous relationships, only the applicant, which seems odd.
