Sorry but is your question recommending testing companies? I couldn't quite understand what was going on as I was reading your post (sorry).

Are your visitors fully vaccinated? If so, they need a test up to Day 2 upon arrival to the UK. They will then need a test to return home to the US. I recommend Qured for both. They're video tests with the tests being delivered to a UK address.

Sorry it is difficult to understand what you are asking.

US citizen who is vaccinated visiting the U.K.?  What are the testing requirements?

Or visa requirements?
