I also got mine in Chicago on a Friday. Went in the morning, but not right away, waited about half hour/45 min, another 30 to process paper work and was told I could pick it up in afternoon, but decided to have it overnighted to my parents as we weren't planning on staying in the city and it was there on Sunday when we got home.
