I've found weight watchers to be amazingly good for me.  And my husband loves it too.  So far (since last May) I've lost 2.5 stone.  And that's been taking it slowly and having far too much fun along the way.  But I'm happy with it, because I've never felt pressured by having to stick to a diet.  I eat out regularly and still lose weight. 

So two thumbs up and 2 stones down from me.  ;)

A pub measure of gin (25 ml) is 1 point. Tonic is 1 point for a medium glass (250 ml).

You need to PM Leah or VNP for access to the Shrinkers. It's private so people can post about their weight without sharing it with the whole of UKY!
