Which bellydance DVD are you using Jewlz?  I've got Cardio Bellydance with Dolphina, and so far I think its really good (although I've not gotten through the whole thing yet).  It motivates without the pumped up hype crap...   ;)  Its separated into different areas of the body that you're using, so you can break it up if you want to.

That's the same one I have. I've done the whole dvd several times and I still really enjoy it, I just wanted something to make me a bit more exhausted and sweaty. That probably makes me a bit crazy, but I was enjoying that belly dancing dvd so much I hardly felt I was working out! I am still going to use it because after trying the ridiculously hard boot camp kickboxing workout, I realized I wasn't as ready as I thought. But I might follow up the belly dancing dvd with the strength training workout in the Davina dvd. I dunno, I'm just trying out some different things because I have been bored and it's cold in this house, so moving around more warms me up, at least!  ;)
