Thanks everyone!
Mrs Robinson, yep, it included the hazzard perception test -- man I nearly fell asleep, hah hah! There were 14 clips of these nice little country roads, mostly, driving quite slowly, and about halfway through, the gentle pace and the scenery almost made me stop concentrating on the hazzards! I had been nervous but the whole thing wasn't bad at all.
Karrit, yeppers again; I've had an AA instructor for about ten lessons mostly to get me used to London conditions and get some practice/brush up on the "right" way to do the test manoevers, etc.
I'm taking the easy way out and doing it all in an automatic, even though many years ago when I was a kid, I first learned on a manual, and I passed my US test in a manual also. But after years driving automatic in the US, meh, I'm making this time around as low in the stress factor as I can, lol!
