I do better when I'm at work.  In the summer I am on vacation for two months (work in a high school).  I tend to just snack too much.  At work I don't really snack at all...even if someone brings around food.  Just not interested for some reason.  But at home...especially since I seem to have flatmates who love snack food and leave it there all the time for 'us'...I'm in trouble.

Balmerhon, if you could just get into a routine of working out when you get home, you will find it easier. Routine has been the key for me. Trust me, I never would have thought I would enjoy exercising and actually look forward to it, but now I do, most days. What I do is, as soon as I get home, I change into my workout clothes and put on my trainers. I mean as soon as I hit the door. Then I  have a glass of water and do the workout. It's only 30 minutes-1 hour. Then I've got the rest of the evening to do other things. It has really worked for me.

Give it a go for a week. Just a week!!
