I've often thought I could probably get away with my commemorative copy one as it looks more official than the official ones. It has this funny gold seal stamp with raised embossing on it that makes it look quite official. The certified copies, on the other hand are just black and white copies with a stamp on it. They look like something any of us could have whipped up. I've never tried to use the other one though. I didn't dare risk it since I knew it wasn't really an official certificate.
