You'd have to do the math, and you'd have to navigate their absolutely insane website (check the "promo pocket" for discount codes), but Vitacost.com is having a 20% off sale on everything. A lot of their merch (bread flour, etc.) has additional codes on the website you can input for up to another discount off that stacks with the site-wide sale. Bobs Red Mill's has a 20% code that stacks, and there are codes for Frontier, Nature's Path, Aura Cacia, Tom's of Maine, etc. I just got about $425 worth of groceries/sundries for about $250, with (in the US) free shipping. Not a huge number of "name" brands, but some pretty reliable "alternative" ones.
I believe the first time you go to their website and look around they give you the option to put your email address in and that generates an email with another 20%-off code. Not sure if that one stacks or not.
They do ship overseas, and they have a calculator for costs, I think, for overseas shipping on the website. Again, you'd want to read their overseas shipping statement carefully. But... I used to have them ship stuff to me in Glasgow every year when they had this sale and still came out ahead. The Daughter says she thinks that they do any sort of customs charges for you, if needed.
