Question on Accommodation documents for UK Spouse visa under Appendix AF

Hi! I'm applying for a spouse visa under Appendix Armed Forces and we are going to get a house from MOD. What documents do I need to submit since we are not going to have a house before I get a visa?  I'm confused about what documents do I need for proof of accommodation...

I would imagine you'll need written confirmation from the MOD that you will be guaranteed accommodation when you arrive (with details of the type of accommodation).

If they are able to provide you with some kind of official contract/tenancy agreement, that would be even better (I'm not sure how things work with military housing).

You must provide some kind of evidence that you have accommodation to go to, or the visa will be refused... even if it's evidence of being able to stay with a family member until you get a military house.

I'm really confused about exactly what kind of documents I can get except email from MOD about we applied for housing and letter from welfare officer that we are entitled to housing and they will give us a house when I get a visa..., there are not much information available.... I wonder what people did who applied under Appendix AF....if anybody done this before, would you let me know?

I think this person did the same thing I thought I was going to do, just email from MOD and letter from Welfare officer. But I worry if I need more details of actual housing being allocated and I don't know how I can get that detailed documents since we will get a house after they see my visa.... 
Is there a recent one? I tried to find it but haven't found one yet.... If you by any chance see it would you let me know?
