Timeline

Hey guys

Myself (Uk) and my wife (US) are currently waiting tohear a decision on our spousal visa application. We got the email of receipt of application back in January on the 26th. At that time we requested for her to be allowed entry on the 13th of April. We calculated that we should have a decision by the 20th April, which is 60 working days from  date of receipt. Can anyone shed some light on current timelines please

Did you pay for settlement priority processing?

- If you did, processing times are about 1 to 1.5 months.
- If you didn't, processing times are about 3 months.

I count 60 working days to be April 24th, since Good Friday and Easter Monday are both bank holidays.

Awwww i forgot about the bank holidays.

We applied on a non priority.

So far we've been fairly relaxed about the process, but i think we're both stressing a little now as there is no way of tracking it.
Are the timelines, ie the 60 days, pretty accurate ?
