Just wanted to share what is written in the biometrics appointment sheet I received today :

Biometric Enrolment at a US DHS Application Support Center (ASC)

You must bring your APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION LETTER and your PASSPORT with you. Your
biometrics cannot be captured without these. No other documents are required for your visit to the
ASC. Please Note that cell phones, cameras, or other recording devices are NOT PERMITTED inside
the ASC.

Biometric Enrolment letter
When attending your appointment you must take with you a print out of your appointment confirmation
letter (print via the ‘View Appointment’ button above the ‘Print Your Application’ button) and your
passport. Your application will not be accepted at any other ASC location. Please arrive 15 minutes
before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive earlier, you may not be admitted to the ASC. If
you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to re-book a future appointment.

What Next?
You have 5 days after your appointment to send the items below, to:

• Your original valid passport
• First page of Visa Application Form or checklist
• Photocopies of Resident Card and all supporting documents (unless you have used SELFUPLOAD,
see below)
You must also provide a fully addressed prepaid UPS electronic shipping label, and keep a copy for
your records.

From 31st October 2018, you have the option to upload your own supporting evidence using your
cellphone, tablet or desktop scanner rather than sending it to the UKVI scanning hub. You will still need
to send your passport to the scanning hub. If you would like to try this new service please paste

please send everything to the Hub.

Hi,

Desperately trying to keep the weight under so I can purchase the 70.00 RT label

With sending copies to NY Processing Hub, does this mean I need to photocopy every single page of my passports? I am still sending my actual passports along with original paperwork.

Also, can we print double-sided or has anyone seen it written that it is unacceptable? Most modern day scanners-  plus if NY is an actual processing hub you would think they would be able to accomodate mixed copies. Then again, common sense isn't so common.
