Questions from the online form:
1.) Name change date: are people using their wedding ceremony date or the Local Registrar "Date Accepted for Registration" (in my case it is the day after the ceremony date) that's near the bottom of the official License and Cerificate of Marriage form?
2.) 10Y Travel History Excluding the UK: For the travel history for the UK asks for the "arrival" date. 10Y travel history is asking for the "travel date." I've had several overnight flights would I enter the date of departure from my country or the date that is stamped in my passport?

I visited {Name} in the USA on 10/10/17 – 24/10/17 for our wedding ceremony in City on 16/10/17 and again to the USA on 21/01/18 – 28/01/18. {Name} visited me in the UK 03/04/18 - 23/04/18. Whilst apart, we stay in touch daily via Viber App text, phone-video calls, Line App text, phone-video calls, email, Facebook Messenger. We are providing communication history covering our entire relationship over the above mentioned platforms. Line App shows usernames versus actual names, {Name} is my username. We lost our call log history from 12/13 to mid-2015 when we were using Skype. Lastly, we had stopped using Facebook Messenger between 08/15 – 10/16.

I am the landlord and owner of the rental property at address: {removed}
I confirm that Name has lived in the property since May 2017, and has signed an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I confirm he has never missed a month’s rent.
The property is a 3-bedroom flat, with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
