I thought about ordering pizza from my hospital bed,but figured he wouldn't even get in the ward to get it to me

That's a great idea!  What you can do is put it in one of those Polar Gear boxes you use to keep food hot/cool.  They disguise the smell!  Mmm, kebab!

I was so hungry after I had Jordan. I was in labour for 44 hours and had no food! After I gave birth I devoured a DOUBLE Whopper with cheese, a large order of onion rings and a choc shake. It was so great not to have gotten sick or had any reflux. Heavenly!

As for something to wear, I had my baby in the US but at a birthing center.  I wore one of DH shirts, I think he gave it to me because I was cold and never took it off.  Luckly it had orange and brown stripes on it and that happens to be where the stains ended up.  I envy you ladies since my midwife went out of business d/t the high cost of insurance, I miss her so dearly.
