Ok mine will probably gather dust too just like my bread machine and all my other gadgets that were soooo cool when I got them. ::) But since I just got it for Christmas it hasn't had time to gather any dust yet. :P

Elle - you're not alone.  I've heard/used the term "moving staircase" myself.  It is more of an *older* term, but it's not terribly uncommon, I hadn't thought.

As for GF Grills - don't have one either... :-/   ;)

Quick story - don't know if it relates to this or not...But when I was home during Christmas my mother was making a comment about Britney Spears and her marriage thing in Vegas...  Anyway she said to me "that Britney is such a TART".  I nearly fell off my chair.  Just thought it was funny...  Ok guess you had to be there.  Then I told her what tart means in the UK..  (What I think it means if I remember correctly....) and I shall not repeat those words...  ;)

Okay after three years of marriage I have found a word I have never heard of until today.....

"Brewers droop".... now I did not get what was funny about this...mum sent us a clipping that said a weather man inadvertently covered the Isle part of a town called Isle Brewers and created the on the map "Brewers Droop"...

So to inform my fellow american's....it's what happens to a males privates after one to many pints...um.....the limpness factor... :o

So you'd better keep your fanny away if he has brewers droop!

actually Isle Brewers is only a very small village in Somerset, i guess less than 15 houses and a pub - its only call to fame is the fishing in the area.    Therefore if you lived there apart from fishing your only entertainment would be the pub and unfortunately imbibing too much of the golden nectar can cause such a malady...... :P
