Whats your recipe? I would love to know other ones. I do mine quite simply with 2 tins of artichokes, garlic, equal amounts of mayo and sour cream and loads of parmesean. I am going to make it tomorrow.
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 jar pimentos (roasted red peppers here)drained and chopped
1 jar jalapenos, drained and chopped
2 cups (approx) grated red leister or cheddar cheese
1/2 grated parmasean
1 cup mayo
mix together and heat in low oven (325F or 170c) until cheese in melted and bubbly. If you heat too fast the cheese will seperate
