fiancee visa, break down of what we are submitting, what do you think?

Here's a stupid question.      Why do they ask if you intend to seek employment on a fiance visa application?  Do they want to know if, after you get married and are entitled to work, you'll be contributing to the household finances?  Does it have any bearing on their decision?  For instance, if you barely meet the financial requirements will they consider how another income might improve your circumstances?

It's looking like closer to 20 at this point for most straightforward cases. However, don't set up a vigil near your PC or mailbox on day 20 exactly. I suggest make yourself busy, hehe.

Its been issued, they just need a date for when my fiancee is coming back, so she will book a flight and tell them today

so that was about 13 working days. They rang up on a Sunday too!

anyway....phew!
